Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid charges for a no-show or late cancellation. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment and you will be asked to reschedule. Prepaid missed appointments will not be refunded. Clients must call and leave a message at 503-908-3005 to reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment if within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time; otherwise, clients may cancel or reschedule online.
